该地块位于布里斯班南岸，步行8分钟可到布里斯班市中心步行街，步行几分钟可到著名的布里斯班南岸公园、昆士兰州图书馆，博物馆和剧院。 公共汽车站和市区火车站（地铁）及渡轮站近在咫尺。南布里斯班区是澳大利亚公寓建筑的热点地区，有几十栋公寓楼在建或筹建中，已成为布里斯班市最具吸引力的城市新区。紧挨正在规划的布里斯班皇后码头大型赌场娱乐区。

Location: 37 Cordelia St & 42 – 44 Manning St, South Brisbane, QLD 4101

 

The site is superbly located in South Brisbane which has been identified as one of Brisbane’s most rapidly growing suburbs. It is within walking distance to the CBD, Southbank Parklands, State Library, QPAC, museums and public transportations. It is also in close proximity to the Boundary Street Retail Precinct and the world famous Southbank retail hub.

 

 

 

Development Potential

The site provides 1,829 m² (90m length x 20m width) of floor area ideal for future construction project of 12 storeys. As several neighbouring sites have received DA for higher densities, an impact assessable application to Council may result in higher building height being approved.

 

There are numerous opportunities that the land may be developed into:

1) A landmark apartment building;

2) Develop in stages with 2 separate residential buildings;

3) An A-Grade office building; and

4) A mixed use building, i.e. residential, commercial, hotel and/or student accommodation.

 

We are currently in the process of negotiations with a reputable local developer on the joint initiative for the site. The preliminary development proposal could accommodate for 130 keys of purpose built serviced apartments on Cordelia Street and 65 units of boutique residential apartments on Manning Street.
